Head of Product
Role Purpose:
The Head of Product will lead the vision, strategy, and execution across Vixio’s Customer
facing platform areas: Gambling Compliance, Payments Compliance and Workspace. This
role is critical in aligning the product portfolio to Vixio’s unified platform ambition and
ensuring scalable delivery of high-value, high-quality features that meet user needs and
support commercial growth.
They will lead a growing team of Product Managers and work cross-functionally with
Engineering, Regulatory Intelligence, Commercial, and Marketing teams.
Key Responsibilities:
Own and articulate the product vision, strategy, and roadmap across Core, TC, Workspace
- Champion One Vixio as the integrated experience layer across modules
- Develop a coherent strategy for merging Vixio’s current disparate offerings into a single unified platform and manager the migration path of all customers onto the new platform
- Manage, coach the direct reporting Product Managers
- Align product planning and execution with strategic goals and customer insights
- Prioritise product initiatives based on value, feasibility, risk, and customer demand
- Drive the evolution of Workspace (checklists, triage, dashboards) and One Vixio (navigation, search, user UX)
- Ensure product-market fit across compliance, payments, and gambling verticals
- Work closely with CTPO and senior stakeholders to translate business priorities into delivery outcomes
- Drive a data-informed culture: using usage, adoption, feedback, and revenue insights to steer priorities
- Lead product rituals: roadmap reviews, go-to-market readiness, OKR planning, and executive reporting
Candidate Profile:
- 8+ years of experience in B2B SaaS product leadership roles
- Proven track record of managing multiple products/modules within a unified platform
- Experience working with regulated markets, ideally in RegTech, FinTech, or Compliance
- Deep experience in platform thinking, UX, and systems integration
- Ability to manage senior stakeholders and interface with exec-level decision-makers
- Strong leadership and coaching capabilities; builds high-performing product teams
- Familiarity with agile product development, discovery techniques, and modern product tooling
Strategic Need:
The Head of Product will unify fragmented product areas under one coherent platform strategy. By centralising leadership, we will:
- Accelerate delivery of One Vixio and Workspace features with clearer ownership
- Improve cross-squad coordination and sequencing across Core, TC, and Front-End experience
- Free up CTPO to focus on Strategic priorities, New product Development and Innovation, AI/ML initiatives, and scaling operations and architecture
- Build scalable product operations: roadmaps, OKRs, metrics, and release plans
Expected Impact:
- 25–30% increase in product delivery velocity through streamlined prioritisation
- Key metric targets in product criticality metrics through an increase in user satisfaction via improved UX consistency and navigation
- Greater commercial readiness of features, improving upsell/cross-sell opportunities
