In 2018, Mike assumed the role of CEO at Vixio to take the company into a new strategic growth direction, primarily focused on entering the RegTech space. His leadership and business acumen led to the management buyout in 2019 and subsequently Perwyn's investment in late 2022. With a wealth of experience in executive positions within the B2B Media and Information Services sector, Mike's background spans various industry domains including engagements with both FTSE firms and private equity-backed ventures. Mike fosters an environment that values innovation, collaboration and a sense of purpose. He empowers the leadership team to execute Vixio's strategic initiatives, as well as fostering a workplace where every individual can flourish and contribute to the company's overarching success.
Chief Revenue Officer
Dalia joined VIXIO as Chief Revenue Officer in early 2020. She was tasked to both grow the revenue of Vixio while also transforming the sales function during the heart of the Covid 19 lockdown. Leveraging previous experiences and successes in her numerous leadership and general management roles, Dalia led her team to success through a shared vision of courage, resilience and a relentless focus on the customer. Dalia now oversees the entire commercial global operation across sales and marketing. She empowers her team by providing the tools they need to be successful, each contributing their unique strengths. By combining a culture of customer centricity with data informed decision making, this has strengthened the business revenue model that is both predictable and scalable, while giving her team the power to pivot with agility and adjust their strategic focus to evolve with the market conditions.
Chief Content Officer
Roseanne joined Vixio as Chief Content Officer in 2019 and is focussed on delivering the content and product strategy to establish Vixio as a global RegTech provider. As a seasoned executive in a variety of sectors and for some of the biggest B2B Information brands in the world, most notably at CEB, S&P Global Market Intelligence and Procurement Leaders, she is well placed to lead the research and product team to success. Roseanne leads by example, helping her global team of analysts and product specialists to put people and purpose first. Her history of success in building superior products in a crowded marketplace is evidenced by her ability to prove value through customer centricity.
Chief Technology Officer
Alex joined the leadership team of Vixio as Chief Technology Officer in 2020 to create and deliver the strategic technology roadmap for Vixio enabling it to achieve its full potential as a RegTech provider. With his more than 25 years’ experience in designing, building and leading the implementation of software and digital programmes in the financial services industry, Alex excels at building robust technology solutions that deliver value across all stakeholders. Having led technical and product teams in financial services companies, both regulated and unregulated, Alex believes shared knowledge and curiosity is the key to establishing technology & product innovation excellence.
Vice President, Americas, and Chief Analyst GC
James was appointed as VP Americas in 2010 to build our North American based operations, after his success of building the international operations based in the UK. He continues his role as Chief Analyst for GamblingCompliance. James’ extensive industry experience in gambling regulation has led to being invited to speak at many of the premier industry conferences in the United States, Latin America and Europe, including at the European Parliament in Brussels as a thought leader. A fluent Spanish and Portuguese speaker, James has a keen interest in emerging Latin American gambling markets including Mexico and Brazil. James holds an MA in Latin American History and Politics from the University of London.
Vice President, Global Marketing
Lucy joined Vixio in September 2023 to lead the global marketing function. Aligned closely with the Revenue leadership team, Lucy and her team are responsible for generating highly qualified pipeline from multi-channel marketing initiatives and activations. Prior to joining Vixio, Lucy spent six years working for Xactly (a Vista Company) as Senior Director, Global Field Marketing, and has spent almost 20 years in B2B technology marketing. Lucy holds a BA Honours degree in European Politics and French.
Chief People Officer
Nikki joined Vixio in 2023 as their first Chief People Officer and is driven to create a high-performing culture that attracts and retains the best talent. Nikki has extensive experience of working in People leadership roles in a variety of sectors, including Education, Media and Technology. Now overseeing the People function at Vixio across the US and UK Nikki is excited to build it out in a way that supports Vixio’s positive growth trajectory. Nikki is a passionate people leader, who works collaboratively with the Senior Leadership team and challenges them to ensure that Vixio continues to develop a culture that supports the success of the business. With a proven track record of creating an award-winning culture, Nikki is looking forward to using her experience to make Vixio an employer of choice.
Chief Financial Officer
Nick joined Vixio as Chief Financial Officer in 2023 having held a number of senior finance roles with technology enabled companies in highly regulated sectors, particularly Financial Services. He has experience of privately owned, VC backed and PLC ownership structures and looks to Finance to shine a light on the business, wherever possible through a customer lens. He is a CIMA qualified accountant.
Managing Director, Mercedes Pay USA
Jana Breitkopf is the Managing Director and CEO of Mercedes pay USA LLC, where she oversees the strategy and performance of Mercedes pay in the United States, Canada and Mexico, providing a seamless and exceptional customer experience across all payment touchpoints within the Mercedes-Benz ecosystem. Jana joined Mercedes pay (previously Daimler Mobility Services) in 2019 as a Business Partner Manager, bringing with her extensive experience in Account and Relationship Management, as well as Business Development. Prior to her tenure at Mercedes-Benz, Jana worked at PayPal.
Global Regulatory Compliance and Operations, Mastercard
Amy Bobrow is the Global Head of Regulatory Compliance & Operations, Vice President, for Mastercard. She is the first executive at the company to hold this role, reflecting the increasing importance of the ability to manage the organization’s regulatory compliance risk. Amy leads a global team focused on strengthening the company’s regulatory compliance strategy and activities, building on the robust processes currently in place. Prior to joining Mastercard in 2019, Amy held roles of increasing seniority at the Citi Private Bank. She has over 25 years of experience in international financial services.
Global Head of Public and Regulatory Affairs, Worldline Group
With an experience of payments for 20 years, Sylvie is currently Director of Public and Regulatory Affairs at Worldline. PSD3 and the digital euro project represent essential milestones in which she is deeply involved. To this end, she took part in the creation of the EDPIA alliance in 2020 with the aim of raising awareness of the challenges facing the main European payment industry players. In 1993, graduated from a business school with a diploma in financial analysis, she joined Crédit Agricole's investment banking division as deputy head of equity syndication. She then took over responsibility for Target2 as liquidity manager.
VP, International Payments Risk and Compliance, Elavon / US Bank
Nikki joined Elavon Financial Services DAC in 2015 and is the VP of Payment Services Europe Issue, Control and Testing Governance covering both Issuing and Acquiring business lines. Prior to joining Elavon, Nikki was in Fraud Investigation and Dispute Services for Ernst & Young and Certus, which amounts to 23 years of experience in Risk and Compliance in the United States and Ireland. Nikki’s focus is to ensure that she and her team mitigate risk by guiding stakeholders and partners successfully through all applicable regulatory and policy requirements.
Global Chief Compliance Officer, Google
Ronnette currently oversees and manages the end to end global Payments Compliance Team inclusive of regulatory engagements, governance, risk assessments, policies and procedures, monitoring/testing, and the BSA/AML & Sanctions programs at Google. Before assuming the role of CCO, Ronnette served as the Head of Regulatory & Policy responsible for the development and implementation of global policies and processes for a multitude of cross functional payment related products and entities. In her capacity, she is also responsible for cross functional initiatives where she manages the impact of global laws and regulations.
Director of Global Regulatory Compliance and MLRO, Tipalti
Ori Kissos is the Director of Global Regulatory Compliance & MLRO at Tipalti. Ori is a qualified lawyer (in Israel) and has worked for a couple of years as a commercial litigation lawyer for a leading law firm and has broad experience with representing financial institutions at courts. Ori has global experience with leading regulatory compliance functions and obtaining, implementing and maintaining payment/e-money licenses and dealing with regulators in the UK, US, EU (NL), Singapore and Australia.
Chief Risk and Compliance Officer, Trustly
Johanna was appointed Chief Risk & Compliance Officer at Trustly in December 2022 having joined Trustly in 2021 as Head of Compliance EMEA. She previously held positions as Chief Compliance Officer for Sörmlands Sparbank and Head of Compliance for GCC Capital AB. Johanna has also worked as a compliance consultant, most recently with KPMG. Johanna holds an LL.M. from Stockholm's University, a Master of Science in Business and Commercial law from Linköping's University and has also studied European business law at Ghent University in Belgium.

Alison is the Head of Risk & Compliance at Thredd. She is a seasoned specialist with 15+ years' experience in risk and compliance management, including several global financial institutions. Her expertise spans enterprise and operational risk, compliance, and KYC. She has experience in navigating complex regulatory landscapes, and advising on risk reduction, resilience, and ensuring global compliance. Alison is a leader dedicated to the assessment and mitigation of risks while maintaining the highest standards of regulatory adherence.
