New opportunities emerged for global gambling operators in 2018 when the U.S. Supreme Court struck down the Professional and Amateur Sports Protection Act (PASPA).
Prior to the ruling, Kambi had been working towards an early entrance into these markets and knew that to be successful in its ambition, it needed to be able to demonstrate to U.S. regulators that it had a clear understanding of specific state-by-state regulations and that its data-driven technology could be trusted.
