In this pivotal role, the Senior Customer Value Specialist will be at the forefront of our client-centric approach, working closely with our customers to understand their unique needs and objectives. Expertise in uncovering insights and identifying opportunities to enhance their experience will be vital in driving their success. Key to the role will be an ability to collaborate with our cross-functional teams, including Sales, Marketing and Product, to ensure seamless alignment and execution of value-driven initiatives.
π Key Responsibilities:
β Cultivate strong relationships with clients, acting as a trusted advisor and driving value-focused conversations.
β Identify opportunities for clients to maximize their investment in our regulatory intelligence solutions.
β Collaborate with internal teams to develop and implement strategies to enhance client satisfaction and retention.
β Conduct regular business reviews to assess client progress, identify areas for improvement, and present tailored recommendations.
β Serve as a subject matter expert on our product offerings, effectively communicating their value to clients.
β Stay up-to-date with industry trends and regulatory developments to proactively address client needs.
π Qualifications:
βοΈ Proven experience in a customer-facing role, preferably within the financial services, gambling or regulatory industry.
βοΈ Strong track record of driving customer success, retention, and revenue growth.
βοΈ Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence and engage stakeholders at various levels.
βοΈ Analytical mindset with the ability to leverage data to drive informed decisions and deliver measurable results.
βοΈ Passion for delivering exceptional client experiences and a genuine interest in the regulatory intelligence space.
βοΈ University degree in Business, Finance, or a related field (advanced degree preferred).
